UFC News: Fedor is UFC bound

Well, maybe.

Apparently UFC president Dana White spoke with Yahoo! Sports Kevin Iole right after the UFC 112 press conference today.
White apparently gave many indications, including some obvious body gestures that indicted that controversial Russian heavyweight superstar Fedor Emelianenko would soon be in the UFC ‘s steadily deepening pool of heavyweight contenders, according to Iole.
White also said to Iole that he has spoken with Fedor’s management team more recently than fans or the media necessarily know about.

Quick Hit: I’ll believe it when I see it. Last time Fedor turned down a huge deal with the UFC. Maybe he opened his eyes to his manager’s shady ways. Who knows? Hopefully Dana gets this done. Will he? I guess that depends on Fedor-Presented-By-M1-Global. But the last deal granted Fedor an immediate title shot. What about now? Especially since Dana already said it will be Carwin vs. Lesnar this July 3. Hmmm…..
