Strikeforce News: Nick Diaz denied by Strikeforce

Nick Diaz has reportedly requested to be a part of the Strikeforce June 26 event in San Jose, Cali., but his request was turned down due to the events of April 17.

Jason “Mayhem” Miller lost his slot against Robbie Lawler on the “Strikeforce: Los Angeles” card as well because Strikeforce is expecting him to be suspended by the Tennessee State Athletic Commission for his role in the brawl that ensued at Strikeforce: Nashville.

Diaz is still scheduled to compete next month at DREAM 14 on May 29, where he will face Hayato “Mach” Sakurai.

Quick Hit: In my best Nelson voice, “Ha-haa!” It’s no secret I don’t like Nick Diaz or his brother. Their attitude is garbage and I hope he does get suspended for being part of the mob that jumped Miller. What a cowardly act.
