UFC News: Franklin’s assistant coaches revealed (SPOILERS)

If you don’t want to know who will be helping Rich Franklin coach Kris McCray, stop reading now.

Last night on UFC.com after the show, the names of Franklin’s assistant coaches were revealed during the official recap.

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin and lightweight contenders Gray Maynard and Tyson Griffin were named to assist Franklin for the remainder of the season.

They will only be involved with next week’s episode, however, as the show finishes up with a two hour special before The Ultimate Fighter Finale comes on June 19.

Quick Hit: I didn’t want to know until next week, but I made the mistake of going to UFC.com for the recap. Thanks guys. I guess my Anderson Silva call went right out the window. Still, these guys will have some knowledge to pass on to McCray, if only for a short time. And yes, 4 fighters to help replace Tito is overcompensating.
