LeBron’s new $50 mil castle in Coral Gables
So The King finally has his castle.
Multiple places are claiming that LeBron James is about to purchase Riley’s old mansion for $49.5 million. It looks absolutely stunning.
Once owned by Riley, current-owner Alan Potamkin put the property on the market in April 2009. Life & Style says James is about to sign the dotted line on the contract, but no one knows yet the actual price he paid for the property. His contract with Miami six years, $110-million, but he obviously has other income sources.

*3 Suites w/full baths,Upstairs Master Suite w/full Gym,Billiard and Media room
Taxes? About $1 million a year. Utilities are said to run an additional $150,000 per year.

Yeah, these are the purchases that usually don't end up well for athletes. They either foreclose or end up taking a big loss. <sarcasm>But hey, it's LeBron, and he always make wise decisions.</sarcasm>
Matt you obviously dont know the intricate parts of throwing a great pool party in Miami. Also rumor has it that he is going to be living there with Wade and Bosh so they can get better chemistry.
