Tim Tebow named most eligible Christian bachelor

Tim Tebow can add an award to his mantle.

Rookie Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow was just named the most eligible Christian bachelor of the year by Christian Partner for Life, an online guide to Christian dating sites.

The title, which was actually bestowed a week ago, is just now making waves.

According to the CPL website, “Tim Tebow, former star quarterback of the University of Florida Gators and now rookie quarterback of the Denver Broncos, has been in the press a lot lately. In fact, it has been hard not to notice him. While others may notice him for his football talents, we want to recognize Tim Tebow for his faith and dedication to Christianity off the field. Tim Tebow is our most eligible Christian of the year—he represents a model for the type of person of faith that we think is perfect for single, committed Christians.”

It goes on to say that Tebow, whose parents are missionaries, leads by example. “Tebow is a virgin and is saving himself for marriage. He stays humble and modest in the face of massive scrutiny and press coverage.”

I don’t think Tebow needed any help trying to get women, but I guess this can’t hurt, either.
